This application is designed for the aeromedical transportation/evacuation of patients on fixed-wing aircraft to convert ground-level FiO2 needs to cabin-altitude FiO2 needs.  It also converts FiO2 to the proper oxygen delivery mechanism (i.e. Nasal Cannula at 3-4 L/Min).  For Air Force and military medical professionals, it replaces Table 4.2 Conversion of In-Flight Oxygen Administration in AFI 41-307.  ICUs around the world may also use it to translate inspiratory oxygen demands of patients to actual Fraction of Inspired Oxygen (FiO2).
